Our aim is to balance staying local with the opportunity to engage in competitive play against diverse teams.

Q: Why is my child not getting more game time?
A: Everyone will get game day play time. The minimum play time guaranteed is 4 snaps per game. Game time is determined by a combination of factors including effort, attendance, skill level, and importantly, safety. Each player's well-being is our top priority, and we assess their readiness to ensure they can safely enjoy the game. We encourage you to have a conversation with the coach about your child's progress. The coach can offer a player evaluation and collaborate with both the child and parent to develop a constructive plan for improvement and increased participation in a safe and positive manner.
